We cannot take back items for sizing issues as we provide every measurement in the description. Unfortunately can only accept returns if your items are defective. This should be exceedingly rare, as we personally check every single garment before we ship out the parcel.
No refund.
While this may seem restrictive, please understand that most of the items we sell are imported directly from Japan via shipping and are limited in nature. There is nothing we can do with a used garment that has been returned. Unlike a large retail chain store, we cannot simply return items to a warehouse and get another one of the same item.
No exchange.
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be exchanged for another item due to the nature of uniqueness. There is no same pieces made exchange is almost impossible.
What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?
